WRF with hourly ERA5 and 3 hourly GLDAS data

Hi everyone,
Can i use two different time-frequency data to run the WRF model? For example, hourly ERA5 reanalysis data and 3-hourly GLDAS data for soil temperature and moisture.

Note that GLDAS soil moisture is in kg/m2. Convert to m3/m3 please.
