Hello,
I am currently trying to run WRFDA in eastern Africa. I believe I have everything set up correctly as observation data (ships, METAR, etc) are correctly being read in, as demonstrated in the rsl.out.0000 file. Satellite radiance data is being read as well, however the files appear empty to the program, as if there's no matching observation types. All data is pulled from the GDAS directories and are in BUFR/PREBUFR format. All observations are for 2023-02-20:00:00:00, and should contain all of the necessary info - I tried using the 06z files just to make sure it wasn't a timing issue but the error persists. There are no errors in actually opening the files, which is why I'm stumped.
Attached below are the rsl.out and namelist files - any advice?
