Wrfout change format due to transfering hardrive

Dear WRF experts,

my wrfout files were transfering through different harddrive, and now it become unreadable.
it appear as this formatted: (with apostrophe ' ' marks and $ $ in the hour:min:second)
'wrfout_d02_2018-10-01_01$00$00'
'wrfout_d02_2018-10-11_01$00$00'
'wrfout_d02_2018-10-21_01$00$00'

Could you please help to get back the correct format for these file.
I try to rename, but it was not allowed
