I have a long-term simulation with outputs from 1980-2015. I have been looking at land surface parameters like VEGFRA, LAI, EMISS and ALBEDO, and it does not seem that these parameters change and are standard across each of the daily files. I am assuming this is the case because this data draws from the geogrid files, but I also am doubting this thought. Thus, I am asking if I am correct to assume that many of the land surface parameters do not change in the wrfout files?
