Zero values in outputs

Hi everyone,
I am getting 0 values in lots of output variables, some of them being W, PBLH, ACHFX, ACLHF, ACGRDFLX, CLDFRA, etc.
I have a 3 domain setup with a spinup time of 15 days for d01. d03 starts 10 days after d01, and even after 15 days the output variables are 0. I am a beginner in WRF. Kindly help me out. I am using wrf-4.1.3.
 
Please tell more details about this case:
(1) Which version of WPS and WRF you are running
(2) What forcing data you use
(3) Did wrf.exe run successfully?
Please also send me your namelist.wps and namelist.input to take a look.
