absence of initial variable conditions in the wrfbdy_d0* file

Dear all,
I add many variables in the Registry(about 1661 variales). And when I add the initial and boundary conditions(./mozbc) to generate the wrfbdy file, the some of the initial values of the variables (after about 386th variable) do not appear in wrfbdy file and thus when I run wrf.exe, some errors occur. I wonder if there is a limit, like maximum value, of the variable number in the wrfbdy file of what other reason to cause this error? And whether the absence of these initial values would affect the wrfout result?
I would appreciate it if you could give me some hints or suggestions!

I don't think there is any limitation on the number of variables in wrfinput and wrfbdy. However, adding variables to these files can be tricky. Please take a look at the document here and hope it is helpful for you.
