auto_levels_opt

Hi everyone,
I am confused about auto_levels_opt. Could anyone explain to me, what is dzstretch_s, dzstretch-u, dzbot, and max_dz??
Actually, i want to set vertical grid spacing 50m up to 3km height and stretch to 200m above that.
