Can we use MSWX for WRF model input?

Came across a new dataset which is promising, will we be able to use the MSWX dataset for running WRF?

What is MSWX dataset? I would say that if it includes all variables required by WPS, then it should be able to be used.

The data is only at 2D levels.
Its said to be good for Bias corrections.
