Cannot download emissions_data_2005 from ftp. What could be the reason?

Hello WRF community,
I have been reading the WRF Chem Emissions guide that the community was very kind to upload in this forum.
I have been trying to access the WRF data files from ftp servers specifically ftp://aftp.fsl.noaa.gov/divisions/taq/emissions_data_2005 link.
While navigating ftp has not been a problem, when I try to download the emissions_data_2005 using "get" command I get "cannot open the file" type messages.
Thus, I would like to humbly request anyone here to upload it here if they can and if it is permissible. Or kindly tell me reasons why I have not been able to access the files.I

What I want to do with the data is check out its structure and format.

I am closing this thread because the reason I could not open the data was because emssions_data_2005 is an unarchived folder and the files are within it, as a result of which the "get" command did not work (I think). I could not differentiate between a file and a folder while working in the terminal. For reference, a folder has 'drwxr-sr-x' this sort of marking in the list, and a file has '-rw-r--r--' something like this.
Forgot linux basics.
