Cannot find library RSL-Lite

Hi:

I am trying to compile and run the test case em_tropical_cyclone on my Mac and I need the library RSL-Lite.
I cannot find that library anywhere and the Argone National Labs webpage says that the library does not exist.

WRF source code does include RSL_LITE (WRF/external/RSL_LITE). Please double check to make sure you download the full source codes.
