double free or corruption problem in geogrid.exe process

I had the following problem with geogrid.exe in WPS. The namelist and geogrid.log as the uploaded file.
I didn't modify the options in namelist to check if geogrid.exe file is created or not, I used the original one in the installation.
I would be grateful if you can help me.

Per the geogrid.log file, it looks like geogrid just stopped, without finishing. Is that correct, or did you manually stop it? I'm not familiar with the message "double free or corruption," and perhaps it's causing an issue, but the fact that geogrid continues to run after that makes it seem that it's not interfering. Can you confirm whether geogrid is able to run to completion, and if so, whether you have geo_em.d0* files output? If so, check to see whether they look reasonable (no missing data, etc.).
