Since a few weeks have passed since you first posted this, I first want to ask if you're still experiencing this issue, or if you were able to find a solution? If it's still an issue, will you please package all the run logs for your real.exe run? If you have multiple rsl* files, please package those together into a single *.tar file and attach that.
