Error While Running WPS

I am trying to run WPS on data downloaded from this link: https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/src/wps_files/geog_high_res_mandatory.tar.gz. But it is giving the following error.

I am new to this. My system is a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.1. WPS and WRF version is 4.5.

2) configure.wps file (so I can see how you compiled WPS)
