hb0068.nc not found inside mozbc ; no such file or directory; fail to proceed netcdf

While running mozbc for ICBC from CAM-Chem, I got this issue. I have chem_opt=2 for (RADM2 MADE/SORGAM), how to obtain hb0068.nc?
