"nan" in the fields, WRF 4.1.5

Dear all,

I ran a real case with GFS as the IC/BC.
It simulation ran successfully but I got "nan" in all field quantities.

Attached please kindly see the namelist, error report (no errors)
and the output data.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
