Not enough info for a p sfc computation error for GFS ensemble data

Hi users,
I plan to use GFS ensemble data (e. g. gep01) as initial and boundary condition. I dont had nay error in metgrid.exe. However a warning observed in ungrib.exe: WARNING: Could not interpolate RH to level k= 18 p= 700.000000
In real.exe I am getting the error:

ERROR in psfc: flag_psfc = 1, flag_soilhgt = 0, flag_slp = 0, sfcp_to_sfcp = T
-------------- FATAL CALLED ---------------
FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 1396
not enough info for a p sfc computation
-----------------------------------------------
I edited sfcp_to_sfcp to flase, but it don't work.
I need some help to solving this error.

I am using data from https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/da...gefs.20240308/00/atmos/pgrb2sp25./metgrid.exe is not generating PSFC data. I tried sfcp_to_sfcp = .false. in namelist.input but it is not working.
