I still can't solve it.
I'm assuming it's caused by file GIRB2 because I can run 2022 - 2019 fine, but when it comes to 2018 - 2017 I can't.
And I noticed that the size of the data is also different, for example 2022 is on average 38 KB. while 2018 is on average 17 KB.

The reason the files are larger in later years is likely because GFS now has additional levels of data in them. I don't believe this is related to the issue you are seeing. The error message you show above is a message for a wrf.exe simulation, not a real.exe simulation. The error specifies that it is unable to find the wrfinput_d01 file, which it won't find if real.exe was not run successfully. Can you attach the rsl.* files for the real.exe run so I can see what the error was for that? Thanks.

Again, these files are specific to the execution of wrf.exe, not real.exe (note the final line below).

Will you please delete these rsl* files, then go back and run real.exe. After that, please package all of the real.exe rsl* files as a single *.TAR file (not *.rar - we aren't able to open that format), and then attach that *.TAR file. Thanks.

I can't do that because I'm not an administrator. He set an order runWPS.sh and runWRF.sh When I ordered to runWRF.sh It will run the commands ./real.exe and ./wrf.exe.

But I found your old forum.
That gives advice to try to fix that. by num_metgrid_levels of 2018 went down, changed it from 34 to 32 instead, turns out it works.
