segmentation fault while running Thompson aerosol aware with custom aerosol

Hi,

I have tried to replace QNWFA_QNIFA_QNBCA_SIGMA_MONTHLY.dat climatology with real time aerosol. i have injected these 3 dimensional aerosol fields into met_em files as QNIFA , QNWFA and QNBCA succesfully. Also was able to run real.exe. But when i run wrf.exe segmentation fault is occuring at the exact time step of rad_dt. I have attached the namelist here. I used use_rap_aero_icbc= true and aer_opt= 3 for aerosol radiation interaction.

Hi, If I understand correctly, you're not using the default values for QNIFA, QNWFA, and QNBCA, and are, instead using alternate data to replace those values. Is that correct? If so, can you test this without making any modifications to the data, but keeping everything else the same - using the same dates, input data, domain, etc. and let me know if you still have the segmentation fault.

If so, will you please package all of the rsl* files together in a *.tar or zipped file and attach that? Thanks!
