What is the recommended WRF post-processing tool?

What is the recommended WRF postprocess tool? Before it was NCL, right? Then WRF-Python. Now it is NCL again, right? Thanks!

NCAR people mainly use NCL in the past. But ow it is recommended to transfer to python.
