Hello, I am running WRF on derecho for 3 domains. I set the wall clock time to 12 hrs but my job got ended in 4th hour. I have attached the namelist.input , job script and rsl.error and rsl.out files below.
Your job was killed, which often indicates that something went wrong during the integration.
There is no error message in the rsl files you posted. Can you check all your RSL files and find helpful error messages? Note that the messasge may not necessarily be in rsl.out.0000 or rsl.error.0000. They can be in any RSL files.
