WRF for climate simulation

Sir,

Being a mesoscale model WRF model has to integrate <=72 hours. I would like to run a climate simulation using WRF.
Can I do that ? if yes then how?

There is no rule that WRF must only simulate <= 72 hours. Many users run long simulations all the time. Take a look at this simple/small example case that's used for our WRF tutorial.
