WRFv4.4.1 slower than WRFv3.8.1

I just installed WRFv4.4.1 on the same machine where I usually run WRFv3.8.1 but it is almost 30% slower (Both compiled with intel option). I copied the namelist.input I use for WRFv3.8.1. Is there maybe any parameter I should add explicitly?

You can find it attached, it is exactly the same I used for version 3.8.1.
Are the performance of WRF v4 and v3 supposed to be approximately the same?

Do you think it is a matter of compilation or is it possible that WRFv4.4 is actually slower?
