How can I obtain WRF forecast run for the next 3 days?

Hi, WRF forum!

I am a WRF beginner. From what I understand so far, I can only produce results /simulations for just the same timeframe as the forcing dataset ( and selected in the namelist.input & namelist.wps). Assuming I do not want to force with future projection datasets like the Bias corrected CMIP5 CESM data for WRF, is there a way to obtain future runs from the current WRF run?

WRF is a limited-area model, which means it needs not only initial condition, but also lateral forcing data to run for simulation.
Thereby, for a future prediction by WRF, you must have lateral forcing data that covers the integration period of WRF.
