WRF preprocessing for CMIP6 dataset

I have been trying to downscale CMIP6 dataset using WRF model , but i am facing error , can someone suggest me some reference where i can get some help.

Hi, I have downloaded the cmip6 data from this link https://esgf-node.ipsl.upmc.fr/search/cmip6-ipsl/. I have tried to run a certain GCM model with some variables like ua, uas, va, vas, ta, tas, zg, ps, and hus. However, when I tried to run the metgrid.exe, it had Error in ext_pkg_write_field. Do you know how to solve this?

What variables are included in your intermediate files? How did you create these intermediate files?

I am suspicious that the input data for metgrid.exe is wrong.
