FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 2033QG, QG(NK).LT.0

Hello.

I'm trying to run WRF and get this error when executing the "wrf.exe" file:

-------------- FATAL CALLED ---------------
FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 2033
QG, QG(NK).LT.0
-------------------------------------------
application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 1) - process 0

The program only generates the WRF output netCDF file for the first time step. Find attached the files related to the simulation.

I appreciate any help.

PD: I am not using the "ungrib" program to generate intermediate files. Instead, I am using pywinter (pywinter — pywinter 2.0.6 documentation). I successfully ran a WRF simulation using that library in the past.

Hi,
Apologies for the long delay in response while our time has been out much over the past few weeks, due to conferences and holidays. Thank you for your patience.

It looks like you're using a very old version of WRF (v3.9.1.1), which is no longer supported. Since numerous code modifications have been made since then, can you try using the most recent version of WRF (v4.6.1) to see if that makes any difference?
