In the met_em.d01.nc file, which has higher priority: specific humidity or relative humidity?

In my met_em.d01.nc file, both relative humidity (RH) and specific humidity (SH) variables are present. However, all values in the first layer of SH are -1, while RH appears normal. Could this negatively impact WRF simulations?
 
Please remove SH from your met-em files. negative SH will affect REAL program and we don't want the negative SH to cause any issues later.
