Is RADT supposed to be the same for all domains?

The variable radt is a little confusing in the namelist description above. So If I have a domain that is 9-3-1km should radt be set for 9 across all domains or 9-3-1 for each of it's domains?

Yes, it should be set to the same (e.g., radt = 15, 15, 15), regardless of your nested domains. The setting should be determined based on d01.
